AN OUTDOOR FUNDRAISER FOR THE GRIMSBY FOOD BANK
Join Brad Fedorchuk from Breathe with Brad, Chris Cole from Balanced Way and Denise Blaney from Niagara Singing Bowls as we take you on a relaxing journey with a guided meditation and gong and sound bath.
Accompanied by the therapeutic droning of the gongs, Brad will lead you through gentle meditative exercises, followed by a guided meditation. This will be finished off with a relaxing mini sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gongs and other beautiful instruments.
Located outside on the beautiful grounds of Niagara Singing Bowls in Beamsville, there will be lots of room for social distancing. However, bring a mask if you wish to visit inside the store or visit with friends before or after the event.
Bring your choice of mat, blanket, eye mask and pillows for comfort. You will be laying down on the lawn.
